Paid Time Off – We provide generous PTO benefits including 13 paid holidays, 12 sick days, five personal days, and two weeks of vacation (increased at service milestones) each year.
Health Insurance – We offer medical, prescription drug and dental plans at no cost to employees, with options to purchase an enhanced plan and/or add dependents at an additional cost. A group vision plan is also offered at the employee’s expense. Additionally, employees have access to a confidential, voluntary counseling program.
Income Replacement Benefits – We provide basic employee life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance and long-term disability insurance at no cost to the employee.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) –We offer these accounts to enable employees to set aside money through pre-tax payroll deduction to pay for qualified healthcare and dependent day care expenses.
Retirement Plan – Employees are immediately eligible for a 403(b) retirement plan which includes both a base employer retirement contribution of 5% and employer matching contributions of up to 4%. All funds are immediately vested.
