Back to School Backpack Distribution Event
El Buen Samaritano is hosting its 2nd annual Back-to-School Community Resource Fair on August 5 from 5-8pm where they will be distributing 1,000 free backpacks with school supplies to youth of all ages (Pre-K through 12th grade). The backpacks will include essential school supplies like Pencils, Crayons, Erasers, Scissors, Glue sticks, pencil pouches, notebooks, and more. Community partners will also be handing out additional school supplies including lunch bags and water bottles. Families can prepare for the new school year and enjoy live entertainment and raffle giveaways while connecting with community organizations sharing resources, including information on COVID-19 vaccines.
